Ms. Finch is a former Chair for Family Court, Assigned Counsel Committee and Rockland County Bar Association.
Her practice has covered a wide range of law. She has litigated many aspects of family offenses, custody, visitation, neglect, and child support while representing clients as assigned cousel for Rockland County Family Treatment Court.
Her experience also extends to the following but is not limited to :
- Litigating all aspects of divorce, both contested and uncontested.
- Set up Special Needs Trusts for disabled family members of clients
- Handling all aspects of residential property sales, including representation of buyers, sellers, and banks
- Advising entrepreneurs in setting up and managing businesses
- Preparing and litigating all aspects of debt collection on behalf of business owners
